Sharing draft work is underrated. By draft work, I mean an early version of a final product that conveys something of the essence.

The big benefit to draft work is that you can get early feedback that can change the course of the project. There are other benefits too.

Early in my career, I was hesitant to share work in the draft stage. I thought it was too imperfect and incomplete. Now I can’t wait to share drafts.
