Short videos are an awesome async communication tool. It took me a while to realize this.

Here’s some of the ways I have used short videos:

• Answer someone’s “how do I do this?” question - often much easier with video than text
• Demo a feature or prototype
• Report a software bug (especially for a frontend bug)

Software like Loom is great because it lets you record your screen and camera.
